Jelinek Cork Mosaic Flooring

This nationally exclusive tile is produced from discarded wine corks and cork waste to create beautiful ecologically friendly floors. Impervious to surface moisture and of an exceptionally high density, this floor system requires the least amount of maintenance.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic tiles function beautifully in both wet and dry areas. Fantastic for pool areas, saunas, bathrooms, shower walls and shower pans and even as a kitchen backsplash!
Installation of Jelinek Cork Mosaic floor tiles is similar to common mosaic and ceramic tiles using the "glue then grout" method. The tiles are installed using mastic and grout and then sealed. Lining tiles up against each other creates a seamless area.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic tiles are unfinished and can remain natural cork color or stained to any other color. Each tile is 1.81 sq.ft. (just under 2sq. ft). We recommend purchasing 10-15% extra for waste and off-cuts.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic - Natural Unvarnished

Natural round cork discs make up this floor and wall tile. The tile is unfinished allowing it to be stained any color, if desired.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic is used for flooring, counter tops, back splashes and wall coverings in both wet and dry areas. The natural cork mosaic tiles consist of small discs cut directly from discarded wine corks. It is installed using mastic and grout and then sealed. Each tile is 1.81 sq.ft. (just under 2sq. ft). specially formulated. Solvent free, non-flammable and does not contain
hazardous volatile organic compounds. Subfloors must be level, firm,
dry, smooth and free of foreign material that would inhibit bonding.
Jelinek Cork adhesive can be used for the installation of QuietCork
sheets and rolls or for the installation of Jelinek Cork Mosaic floors.
