Jelinek Cork Group is the exclusive rights holder to manufacture this distinctive cork surface covering in North America. Jelinek Cork Group produces Jelinek Cork Mosaic in North America and exclusively distributes its own product in the USA and Canada. This exclusive tile is produced from discarded wine corks and cork waste to create beautiful ecologically friendly floors. Impervious to surface moisture and of an exceptionally high density, this floor system requires the least amount of maintenance.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic tiles function beautifully in many areas including high traffic entryways and restaurants to bathroom floors and kitchen backsplashes.

Installation of Jelinek Cork Mosaic floor tiles is similar to common mosaic and ceramic tiles using the "glue then grout" method. The tiles are installed using mastic and grout and then sealed. Lining tiles up against each other creates a seamless area.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic tiles are unfinished and can remain natural cork color or stained to any other color. Each tile is 1.81 sq.ft. (just under 2sq. ft). We recommend purchasing 10-15% extra for waste and off-cuts.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic - Natural Unvarnished Cork Tiles More Details...

Natural round cork discs make up this floor and wall tile. The tile is unfinished allowing it to be stained any color, if desired.

Jelinek Cork Mosaic, also known as cork penny tiles or wine cork flooring, is used for flooring, counter tops, back splashes and wall coverings. The natural cork mosaic tiles consist of small discs cut directly from discarded wine stoppers. It is installed using glue and grout and then sealed.
 

Tile Dimensions: 580mm x 290mm x approx. 6mm thick. Each pack of 5 tiles cover approx. 10 sq. ft. We recommend purchasing 15-20% extra for waste and off-cuts.
 

Sold per pack of 5 tiles (each pack covers approx. 10 square feet).

Ezy Polyurethane Water-borne Finish - 1 Gallon More Details...

Ezy polyurthetane is a mono component polyurethane waterborne finish that is very resistant to wear. With a high level of transparency, Ezy finish maintains the natural look of the cork floor it is protecting and offers excellent coverage. 

Ezy polyurethane waterborne finish is in 1 gallon containers. Each container covers approx. 350 - 400 square feet (1 coat). When applying to an unfinished cork floor, 3 coats of polyurethane are recommended. Please follow manufacturer's directions on the container for applying Ezy polyurethane.

Not sure what pattern you would like? The sample pack of Jelinek Cork flooring contains individual samples of the Cork Decor glue-down cork floor styles, the Jelinek Cork floating floor patterns, the Select Line cork floor tiles & Cork flooring, the Jelinek Cork Mosaic.

The Jelinek Cork Flooring sample pack contains approx. 6" x 12" samples of the following:

  • Jelinek Cork Decor Glue-down Flooring
  • Jelinek Cork Floating Floors
  • Jelinek Cork Select Line Floors
  • Jelinek Cork Mosaic

Note: The Cork Decor glue-down and the floating cork floors are available in the same patterns. The sample pack includes all patterns but not in each style (ie. the sample of the pattern will be included but in either floating or glue-down).
