You can place your order on-line or by calling us directly. Orders with a value of $500.00 or more may be eligible for discounts depending on the product and quantity. If your order will be more than $500.00 please contact us for pricing. Discounts are not applicable for One of A Kind items.
Shipping
We ship orders twice per week. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service and stock items can take up to 10 business days to leave our warehouse. If you require expedited shipping you must contact us. Expedited shipping will incur an additional charge. Please click this link for estimated Ground Service Shipping Costs
Privacy
Any information you supply to us is kept strictly confidential. We do not share or sell any information you provide to us. Your order information is kept in your account file for legal and management procedures. At no time will this information be disbursed within the company other than for management purposes and at no time will it be disbursed externally. Security
Security is a top priority of ours. We use industry standard 128-bit encryption to transmit all critical data. While our main web site is unencrypted, all of our order forms are. When you submit critical information such as your credit card you can rest assured that it is being transmitted in a secure format. Returns
Customers may return their goods to us within 30 days at the customers expense. To make a return please call us so that we can issue you a RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number). Once you receive your RMA Number write it clearly on the out side of all packages you are returning. Once a return is made a credit will be issued in the same form of the payment less a 15% restocking fee. Returns may take up to 45 days to process. For floor and wall tile products, please be sure to lay out (dry lay) all tiles before installing. Tiles that have been installed, can not be returned.
