This is a glue-down cork floor tile. This tile is unfinished, to protect your floor from daily use, the floor (once installed) should be treated with polyurethane or another similar surface protector.

300mm x 4mm (approx. 24" x 12" x 11/64"). Each tile is approx. 2 square feet.
