Q: I am in Canada, should I order from this site?
A: Though you certainly can order from this site, we also have a Canada specific site - www.corkstore.ca - same products but in Canadian dollars. 

Q: I am having problems submitting my order. What should I do?
A: If you have any problem submitting your order, contact us at 1-800-959-0995 and we will process your order for you. We'd like the order process to be easy for you. If you run into any difficulties or questions, please give us a call.

Q: Do you ever have sales?
A: We have a Sale section on our site where items are often discounted. These are typically one-of-a-kind ("end of the roll") items or newly introduced items at special intro rates. We also offer a Lowest Available Pricing (LAP) policy.

Q: I live in Alaska. Can I still have cork delivered to me?
A: Of course! We supply cork all over the world.

Q: I am ordering cork from the UK. Should I order from this site?
A: Please order from our UK site: www.corkstore.co.uk.

Q: I do not have a credit card. How can I purchase cork from you?
A: Give us a call and we'll take your order over the phone as we also accept checks. You can also pay via PayPal.

Q: Once I order, how long will it take my product to arrive?
A: This depends. If the product is in stock, we strive to have your ordered shipped within 10 days of receiving your order. Express shipping is also an option. Contact us at 1-800-959-0995 for rates.

Q: What credit cards are accepted on this site?
A: We accept Visa & MasterCard. We also accept PayPal. 

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We strive to keep our shipping rates low so we can offer affordable shipping. When shipping to the continental USA and Canada, our rates for most orders over $500.00 is $35.00. For orders under $500 shipping to the continental USA and Canada, shipping varies from approx. $12.50 to $25.00. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. You'll be able to see your order with shipping prior to submitting your order. If you require Express Shipping, rates may be higher. Contact us at 1-800-959-0995 for rates.
